Genny Rumancik

Genny is passionate about increasing the EQ of the global population. She currently coaches individuals and teams on how to increase self-awareness and learn strategies for working better together, and is our board representative in Portland, Oregon.

She started her career in Education as a high school teacher, then moved into tech as a developer for several years, and later to advertising, where she enjoyed supporting creative teams as a strategist. Prior to beginning her current solo consulting work, she was the Education and Outreach Director at a nonprofit that supported prison reform, and she cares deeply about social issues.

Genny's breadth of experience helps her approach problem solving creatively, and gives her a unique perspective on how disparate communities and industries can work together and learn from one another.

Genny has a BS in Education, an MA in English Literature and an MS in Design Leadership.
