Idalia Urbina

Idalia was born in Mexico where she received a BA in Public Administration and initiated her profession in nonprofit organizations. She moved to the United States and continued working in nonprofit organizations helping farm workers in continuing their education and find employment that fit their needs. Working with disadvantaged groups, Idalia became a social service worker for the State of Nebraska, where she provided public assistance to families in need for 13 years. Additionally, Idalia advanced her education by receiving a bachelor’s degree in Theology. Idalia also connected with the community as a pastor’s wife for 27 years in their home state of Nebraska. She also worked as Administrator of the Apostolic Bible College in the Mid America District. In 2022, Idalia moved to California to be closer to family.

With her experience of working in nonprofit organizations for more than 30 years, Idalia has helped the community in different areas and gained skills from the many roles she’s filled such as organization, office administration, accounting, and many more. Idalia is eager to use her passion to work with the community and her skills in her role as an office assistant and continue making an impact to those in need.
