Alexandra earned her B.A degree in psychology from Menlo College in 2012, and her masters of science degree in clinical psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2017. She is a board registered marriage and family therapy associate. Alexandra completed her practicum through San Mateo county behavioral health and recovery services, and has experience working with adults, and children. She has experience with providing treatment to those suffering with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Most recently, Alexandra has worked with children and families who had open child welfare cases. Alexandra's approach to therapeutic work is psychoanalytic and dynamic in nature, but she leaves room for client's to guide the work in a direction that fits for them in their stage of progress in the work. Alexandra is excited to continue her career with Acknowledge Alliance to serve students, and provide advocacy to underserved populations.
