Raquel Villa Linares

Raquel was born and grew up in Mexico where she started her career in the counseling psychology field. She earned a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Family therapy from U.M.S.N.H in Mexico, and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University with an emphasis in Health Psychology. During the past years Raquel has worked and volunteered at multiple settings, including direct work in community mental health, residential treatment, school based counseling and outpatient settings. Raquel enjoys working with individuals, couples and families. Currently, Raquel is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern working with at-risk youth as a Transition Program Therapist for the Collaborative Counseling Program.
